Steps to Take
Here are the steps in applying for the LDI training program:
1. Qualified participants must take time to read and comply the Admission Requirements found in the Training Info page.
2. Fill up or complete the hard copy of application form available through your Area Leader or by downloading it from the Downloads section. You may also request the same from the LAMI Office by email: lakas.angkan@gmail.com.
3. When you have completed the hard copy application form, submit the same to your Area Leader/Pastor who in turn will send them to the LAMI Office together with your letter of endorsement, medical statement, handwritten personal testimony (at least 500 words) and your statement of purpose.
4. Your application will be evaluated by the LDI Screening Committee. You will be informed through your Area Leader by email of the outcome of your application. A letter of acceptance (admission) and the LDI Pre-Training Info Guide will be sent to you. Once admitted, you are now advised to pay the initial registration of P1,000 on or before December 31, 2010, and to prepare other necessary requirements. Total registration fee is P9,500 per participant.
